Right now social media marketing is making it easier than ever to reach huge amounts of people in your local market for pennies on the dollar.
For years tv ads and billboards where the only vehicle to mass branding and marketing and most didn’t have the capital to invest in these forms of marketing.
Right now im going to show you a fast and easy way to achieve mass marketing using Facebook ads and do it on a budget.
If you want to build awareness, add lots of page likes and followers, and ultimately get new home buyer and refinance leads this is the cheapest way to do so (without needing to be a tec head)
Step 1.
Make sure you have your facebook Business page set up for your mortgage business
Go to your home page and click "Pages"
Click "Create Page" to set up your biz page and then follow the directions that fb gives you
Step 2.
Find a viral video on youtube that will connect with your local area ( 2-3 min old historic or sports team videos of your city work really well) and go to a youtube downloader sight and enter the url.
Step 3.
Post the video onto your page and ad some copy that prompts the local residents to share an experience or tag a friend. Then at the bottom leave a link and Call to action that leads them to your page .

Step 4.
Download a social auto page like inviter and start inviting!
This tool will auto invite anyone who likes, shares, and comments on the post.
I have personally used this to grow business pages to 10’s of thousands of targeted page likes in a few short months.
